The sound isn’t working. How do I fix this?

Check the sound volume of the screen by pressing the volume buttons. If the volume is between halfway and full, but no sound is still audible, try pressing the sound button on the mouse. Sometimes this button is accidentally pressed and the sound is turned off that way.

The Polar sensor battery (wireless) is low. How do I fix this?

The system displays a message that the Polar sensor's battery is low. Please contact SilverFit.

The SilverFit Mile isn’t responding to the bike. How do I fix this?
  • Check if the system is in the correct mode. On the start screen and during cycling, a bicycle icon is visible on the right side of the screen. When this icon is green, the system is connected to the sensor. When this icon is gray, the routes play automatically.
  • Check if the sensor is properly connected. The sensor cable should be plugged into a USB port on the computer behind the monitor.
  • Unplug the USB cable of the sensor from the computer and then plug it back in.

The computer won’t turn on. How do I fix this?

If you press the on/off button, a white led will light behind the button. You will also be able to hear a soft rustling noise from the internal fan. If these things do not happen, check the following:

  • Is the plug properly attached to the power outlet?
  • Is the power strip on?
  • Has the power cable of the computer been connected correctly?
The screen does not show anything. How do I fix this?

Perhaps the screen is in standby mode. Press the on/off button of the computer. If no led lights on the screen, check the following:

  • Is the plug properly connected to the power outlet?
  • Is the power strip on?
  • Has the power cable of the computer been connected correctly?
