New game SilverFit: knee extension
We are currently developing a new exercise to train the knee extension. This exercise is often used to strengthen the upper leg muscles. It is an important exercise for elderly who received a new knee or hip, or elderly who train to stand up again and for frail elderly in general.
In order to make a proper movement of the foot while walking, it is also possible to train the foot flexors (dorsiflexion of the ankle). This new game will be included in the next update of the SilverFit. Other examples of the next update are a new balance game and various new exercise protocols.
